Not gonna do it. Nope. Cleansing is not for me.

    Elisa - thank you for being honest about this. When I read the earlier post about cleansing, I was honestly considering it. Hearing about your deciding against it has saved me the trouble of trying it. I think that the P90X (as crazy as it seems) is probably a better/healthier way to go. Good for you!
