Naomi over at IttyBiz has inspired me now two days in a row. Today, it’s When Your Blogging Friends Are Liars. Now, I don’t really have any blogging friends to speak of. Perhaps a couple here and there, but that’s not the point here. The point is to get my brain working in some creative fashion on a daily basis. Some days, it works, some days, not so much.
So I haven’t spend so much time making blogging friends.
But her post brings me back to the days of trying to sell Girl Scout Cookies. For those of you who know me in real life, you know how much it pained me to have to wear that outfit. Even for the lame 9 months that I lasted as a Girl Scout.
I wanted to be a Boy Scout, but they wouldn’t take me. Which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense since I get shmaam’ed all the time. (Shmaam is when someone is confused about your gender for some reason. They start to say Sir, get all flustered, change to Ma’am in mid-fluster. They always think they’re the first one ever…)
