In 2009, I did the Couch-to-5K program found at Cool Running:

My distance(s) so far, that I’ve tracked on the treadmill:
- 1.75 mi (week 1, day 3)
- 1.83 mi (week 2, day 1)
- 1.92 mi (week 2, day 2)
- 1.95 mi (week 3, day 1)
- 1.87 mi (week 3, day 3… I think I might have walked faster than I ran. Oy.)
- 2.07mi (week 4, day 1 – the second round)
- 2.2mi (week 4, day 1 – the fifth round… complete!)
- I’m not keeping track anymore… no more running on the treadmill… outside!
I’m using these mixes I made.
These are my own personal use. If you *borrow* them you do so knowing you didn’t purchase the music embedded in them. (Or maybe you did and we have the same taste in music… in which case you’re in the clear.)
