C25K Materials:
I did the Couch to 5K program in 2009, and along the way, did some blogging about it. Some kvetching, and other running-related stuff (in reverse chronological order):

In the beginning, I tracked my distances on the treadmill:
- 1.75 mi (week 1, day 3)
- 1.83 mi (week 2, day 1)
- 1.92 mi (week 2, day 2)
- 1.95 mi (week 3, day 1)
- 1.87 mi (week 3, day 3… I think I might have walked faster than I ran. Oy.)
- 2.07mi (week 4, day 1 – the second round)
- 2.2mi (week 4, day 1 – the fifth round… complete!)
- I’m not keeping track anymore… no more running on the treadmill… outside!
