I HATE Running
But I’m doing it anyway.
Yesterday, I did day 3 of week 1:
- 5 minutes of walking
- 60 seconds of running
- 90 seconds of walking
- [repeat run/walk 60/90 8 times]
- 5 minutes of walking
Tomorrow, I do week 2, day 1:
- 5 minutes of walking
- 90 seconds of running
- 2 minutes of walking
- [repeat run/walk 90/2min 6 times]
- 5 minutes of walking
