I HATE Running

But I’m doing it anyway.

Yesterday, I did day 3 of week 1:

  • 5 minutes of walking
  • 60 seconds of running
  • 90 seconds of walking
  • [repeat run/walk 60/90 8 times]
  • 5 minutes of walking

Tomorrow, I do week 2, day 1:

  • 5 minutes of walking
  • 90 seconds of running
  • 2 minutes of walking
  • [repeat run/walk 90/2min 6 times]
  • 5 minutes of walking
