Maui: The Short List

1. Snorkeling

   
   5 stars. Do this. Go to Turtle Town and say hello. More about snorkeling at Turtle Town and Molokini.

2. Windsurfing

   
   3 stars. This one’s up to you.  I was not a huge fan, but I am glad that I tried it. More about windsurfing in Kahului.

3. Biking Haleakala – Sunrise Bike Trip

   
   4 stars. It was fun. It was beautiful. It was cold. It’s something the likes of which I probably won’t ever do again. I’m glad we did it… more about biking Haleakala.

4. Road to Hana

   
   4 stars. Megan and I are driving people. We’ve driven RI -> CO twice together, and would probably do it again. We’re trip people, not destination people. If you like long rides, awesome scenery, and an opportunity to swim under a waterfall, do this. More about driving the road to Hana.

5. Luau

   
   4 stars. It’s sort of a have-to-do when you go to Hawaii. But for me, it’s a one-time affair. More about the Honua’ula Luau at the Wailea Marriot.

6. Sunset Sail

   
   5 stars. Expensive, but worth it, in my opinion. It was relaxing and fun. I’d do it again, especially with Kai Kanani. More about the sunset sail with Kai Kanani.

7. Zipline

   
   5 stars. I thought I’d hate it, but it’s the thing I most acutely remember from the trip, and would do it all again. Do it. More about the zipline in Haleakala.
