
The weights that nearly killed me
So Henry mentioned the other day that he does Kenpo with weights.
And I haven’t been sweating as much in the past few weeks doing Kenpo as I did in the beginning, so I thought I’d try it out today.
Oh boy, did I sweat. It felt equal parts awesome and like my arms were going to fall off.
Now that it’s over, I’m having a little trouble lifting my recovery drink as I type this… which is very similar to how I feel after I do Back & Biceps.
The strangest part? I don’t feel exhausted. I feel awesome.
I think I’ll take George out for a walk to enjoy the sunshine.









I love the push to work yourself more. I may have to add this to the repertoire next time I feel I’m not working myself as much!
Thanks, Jeff! I’m definitely feeling it, but it kicked me back up into soaking-my-shirt sweating, which was the goal.
