100 Pushups, Week 5
I’ve been doing the 100 Pushups program – and it’s been smooth sailing. Not sure I’ll ever get to 100, but I’m certainly getting stronger. Until this morning. Today, I did week 5, day 1, middle column. UGH. That’s how it felt. Just UGH.

So I’m a little less than thrilled with the progress I’m seeing with my workout/nutrition plan.
